our home are: Master bedroom, boys bedroom, baby girls bedroom, guestroom,
kitchen with eat in dining room, hallways, family room with fireplace,
formal dining room, great room, playroom, the 4 bathrooms (two have baths,
one has shower), office and plenty of open space. Outside there are 3
garages attached to the home, a huge backyard backing on to forest, all
fenced though, and a big front yard.
This is truly our dream home
for our family, but we need some help with what we will need.
Could
we please have a room by room guide of EVERYTHING we will need for our new
home (furniture, linens ect) even if we already have it.

God
bless

How can you need something & not use it?

Just make sure you don't over do it & end up losing it all because you
over did it when it comes to the budget like hundreds of other people have
done these last few years.

Your first home should not be that dream home that cost so much you & ur
family can not do anything else except stay home & make house
payments..because chances are most you as most of the people out there
will move in 4 to 5 years.

Check this site out.. http://hud.gov . They have a lot of foreclosed
homes you can get at a low cost.which gives you more money for other
things around the house, as well as those fun times away from the house.
Most of these houses only need some minor repairs, paint job, & maybe some
new carpet.at a fraction of the cost of a new one or even if you compare it
to the house next door.

Good Luck

many homes are sold with appliances included, so that may not

be an issue. with that many bathrooms, you will probably going to need to

to function well. maybe a vist to a furnished show home will give you an
idea of how a larger home is furnished. also, most new homes are painted
'builder is white so you shouldn't purchase furnishings & linens until you
have chosen paint colurs for each room.
the house sounds wonderful. i hope you are able to purchase it & have many
happy years there.
